Mr. Lapsanis has built a solid academic foundation at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Applied Risk Management – Internal Audit , and later pursued an Executive MBA in Accounting and Finance. This unique combination of studies provides him with both a deep technical understanding of risk and finance, as well as strategic management skills.

Professionally, he has accumulated significant experience in both the private and public sectors. At PwC Greece, he worked for nearly two years in Governance, Risk & Compliance and Internal Risk Advisory, supporting major organizations in enhancing their internal controls and risk frameworks. Prior to that, he served as Advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation (2021–2022) and as Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Finance (2020–2021), contributing to key policy-making and regulatory initiatives.
